      The main reason for forming bubbles is that the molten steel contains a lot of gas. When the molten steel condenses, the gas is discharged to form bubbles, and the bubbles near the outer layer of the billet become subcutaneous bubbles, and the billet is arranged in a honeycomb shape under the surface of the billet. Generally, the billet can be welded by internal bubbles after rolling. However, some subcutaneous bubbles are closer to the outer surface. When heated, when the surface of the billet is oxidized or burned, the subcutaneous bubbles are exposed and oxidized, making it impossible to weld. Then cracks appeared.
      The method of dealing with air bubbles is to highlight the oxidative boiling reduction and deoxidation of molten steel. The furnace and all refractory materials in contact with molten steel should be dried. Steel troughs, hand boards, molds, etc. should be drilled to clean mold rust spots and evenly coated with oil.
